Description
Digital Activities to supplement the Common Sense Media Digital Citizenship Curriculum for grades K-5. Each grade level is in a separate google slides file.
These activities are designed to be completed after doing the full Common Sense Media lesson for each topic. Sign up for a free teacher account and download the lesson plans here: https://www.commonsense.org/education/digital-citizenship/curriculum
Tips for the teacher:
These activities are provided in Google Slides, but you can download and use it as PowerPoint instead if needed. In either version of the presentation software, have students use the file in edit mode (not presentation mode) the entire time for the pieces to be moveable.
I recommend waiting until the second half of the school year to do these kindergarten and first grade lessons because the slides do require basic reading skills. Alternatively, you can do the activities as a whole group and read the text to your students.
Answer keys are included for all of the digital activities.

This is a great resource to have and saved so much paper from having to print things out and or time from having to make the printable assignments digital. The kids actually enjoyed doing the assignments for digital citizenship instead of complaining.
