Educreations
Educreations is a whiteboarding and screencasting tool that allows to animate and explain concepts. Teachers and kids all around the globe love this interesting app because it allows them to use their iPads as whiteboards. With the help of Educreations, students can record their voice, writings, and pictures in the form of a video. Students can also share their creations with other people. These videos can also be accessed by other online devices. Using Educreations is quite easy and simple. Teachers can use it to assess the knowledge of their students. Using Educreations, students can animate and create projects that explain difficult concepts in an easier way. Apart from this, teachers can also create interesting videos to share interesting and complex concepts with their students in an interesting and fun way.
Educreations work in a powerful, fun and easier way. Here is how it works:
- Download the app in your iPad and install it as per given instructions.
2. Once you are done with the installation process, click on the app icon to get started.
3. Tap the “+” button to start a new lesson. You’ll see a white background where you can start working on your project.
4. A pen tool will be given on the top of your screen. You can use this tool to draw on the white background by using your finger. On the top of your screen, you will also see different color options. This means you can also change the color of your fonts. An “eraser” tool will also be given on the top of the screen. You can use this tool to erase any drawing.
5. Record anything that you want on this white background. For example, you can record a math problem and its solution.
6. You can use other options given on the screen to customize your recording. For example, click on the + icon and you’ll see a bunch of options. Using these options, you can add text, diagrams, photos, links, etc. to your recording.
7. Once you are done with setting up the things you want to record, its time to start recording. Tap on the mic icon which will be given on the top left of your screen and start recording your voice. Everything you draw and say will be recorded from now on. Once done, stop the timer.
8. On the top left corner of your screen, you’ll find the option to save your finished video. Click on that.
9. In order to save your video, you will need an Educreations account. If you do not already have an account, then you’ll need to sign up. Before saving the video, they will allow you to create an account and then save your video. Simply follow the given instructions to do this.
10. Save the video and you’re done!
